Line2 Becomes the First Mobile Communication App to Offer Live Customer Service Phone Support

Our number one goal is to make our customers happy. With all services there are times when you, the user, need a helping hand, whether it is a technical issue, a billing issue, or any number of other reasons.

That is why we provide 24/7 email support and a growing online Knowledge Base to assist you. For most issues those resources work perfectly but we all know there are times you need to speak to someone about your specific issue. So today we’re very excited to announce that live support via phone from our San Francisco office is now available to all of our paid customers!

We’ve been working hard the last two months to train our San Francisco team and build up the backend hardware to provide live phone support for our customers. This is no simple task. In fact we are the only mobile communication app provider to offer live phone support – Skype doesn’t offer it, Fring doesn’t, even Google Voice with all of their billions of dollars doesn’t offer live phone support.

Of course we hope you never have a need to call customer support but know that if you do we are here, ready to help you. At launch phone support will be available for paid customers M-F 8am-6pm PST. Email support will continue to be available 24/7 to both paid and trial customers. And as always your feedback is welcome. We’re working hard to become the first phone company you actually love!
