Line2 to Offer $10 Credit

Resume Creating New Accounts This Week
Quick update – We are making good progress. We are going to allow people to start signing up again for Line2 later this week.
We’re aware that many people downloaded the app but were unable to sign up, causing much frustration. Accounts for these customers will be enabled first before we allow any new customer signups. We will also be offering a $10 credit toward their first month of service as compensation for the delay, so long as they downloaded the app before noon PDT today, Tuesday, March 30th . The accounts will be created with the same area code and exchange as originally requested by the customer, including toll-free numbers.
Accounts will be created in small batches initially, so if you don’t receive your invite by Friday, it doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten you. Our goal is to send out all invites by early next week. After that, we’ll invite people who have signed up on our waiting list at www.toktumi.com/regform.aspx and then open up Line2 for new registrants.
