Central Consumer Complaints Service

Often times when you have a complaint about or bank, bill collector or credit bureau, it can be confusing as to who you should file your complaint with. We’ve often written pieces advising people who to contact for a complaint over one of these entities but keeping track can be a job in itself.

A website, aimed at protecting consumers offers an easier way for you to determine who to file your complaint with.  Consumerfinance.gov has an easy to complete form that can guide you where to complain. You answer a series of questions and submit the form and the site will tell you who to contact – thus saving you time in the future.

Be sure to bookmark the site and keep it in your arsenal of tools.
